2. Further shape the outer structure of the product by using another mold to create this membrane with shell texture. Then use another mold to cut off the excess leftover material.

3. Place the diaphragm into the mold cavity of the injection molding machine for injection molding, and the diaphragm is fused with the plastic material to form a product that comes out of the injection molding mold.

IMD Products process introduction:

In Mold Decoration(IMD): use PET film coated on the surface as the carrier to print ink pattern layer, adhesive and ink curing on the printing surface. Then it is heated and baked for hot pressing forming and trimming.
