"Real carbon fiber materials are relatively expensive, and many product designs will naturally give up using carbon fiber materials when they consider the cost. Then, when designers realized that our process can also achieve carbon fiber effects, but the price will be much cheaper, they began to use them.". The real carbon fiber is a smooth flat surface, which has no structure and is not convenient for parts assembly. However, our imitation carbon fiber shell can have structures such as gongs, wires, and columns on the inner surface, making parts assembly easier. Can also produce more color carbon fiber effects.

In Mold Decoration(IMD): use PET film coated on the surface as the carrier to print ink pattern layer, adhesive and ink curing on the printing surface. Then it is heated and baked for hot pressing forming and trimming. Put the shaped PET film into the injection mold cavity through manual or mechanical hand to fill the plastic, and melt the adhesive to bond the PET film with the ink pattern layer to form a whole with the plastic under high temperature.
