The PC+PMMA composite board is first subjected to surface treatment such as transfer printing, electroplating, and printing. Then, it is processed into the desired shape of the product through a hot press forming machine, and the surface hardness is enhanced through a hardening process. Finally, it is processed into the final product through a cutting process.

High pressure forming process
High pressure forming is a key process in the entire composite plate processing process. It mainly involves producing PC/PMMA composite plates that have been UV transferred and processed into thin sheets of a certain shape through an ultra-high pressure gas forming machine (with built-in molds of 6-8 per group) at a certain temperature and pressure. This mainly includes processes such as fixing the substrate, heating, and pressurization. This process directly affects the flatness and machining dimensional accuracy of the product, and is one of the main bottlenecks in the production capacity of 3D composite cover plates.
UV transfer printing
1. UV transfer printing refers to the process of pressing a mold with micrometer and nanoscale micro concave and convex structures on the surface onto materials such as resin, so that its microstructure can be transferred to another substrate
2. UV transfer involves the nanoimprinting process, which involves evenly pressing UV glue onto a mold through a substrate, then irradiating the resin with UV light to harden it, and finally peeling off the film, transferring the texture to the film.
3. The composite plate that has been imprinted with UV is made into thin sheets of specific shapes through ultra-high temperature and pressure in a certain temperature compression gas forming machine (built-in mold).
